Grazia x Instagram: panel discussion

Grazia and Instagram ran an exclusive event on the morning of Wednesday 18th June at Facebook HQ, hosting a panel discussion to Grazia readers about mental health and imposter syndrome. The panel discussion talked around how to spot imposter syndrome, what to do about it and the ways in which women can support and encourage each other, building confidence around their achievements. The event was live streamed on the Grazia Facebook and Instagram channels, making it available to those who were unable to make it on the day.
